Paget has over 25 years’ experience in business development, investment and financing across the agricultural, energy and resource sectors in the MENA region, Asia and Australia. From 2012-15 Paget was a director at Sundrop Farms Australia, an innovative company operating in the food, energy and water space which developed the world’s first commercial facility utilising the sun’s solar thermal properties to desalinate sea water and grow food in arid climes.
Born in Malaysia and brought up across Asia, Paget was fortunate enough to see different cultures up close and, in particular, how they managed their land and resources. He believes that harnessing existing technologies in a smarter way as well as innovative, global first digital fintech platforms likeAgUnity can radically change the face of agriculture if implemented correctly, with the right partners and on a scale of magnitude.
Paget has an MBA (Master of Business Administration), a Graduate Certificate in Management and a certificate in Circular Economy and Sustainable Strategies from the Cambridge Judge Business School. He is a Member of AIPM (Australian Institute of Project Managers) and AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors).
Dr. Stewart McGlashan
BOARD DIRECTOR
Dr. Stewart McGlashan, Director of AgriUT Foundation, is an experienced professional operating in a global capacity within agribusiness, food, energy, and environmental sectors. He is the past General Manager (Business Strategy) for the international think tank – the Global CCS Institute, which focuses on advocacy, knowledge sharing, and sovereign state policy, in energy security and climate change mitigation. Its members included the G20 countries and many large NGOs and extractive industries companies.
His qualifications mentioned below cover governance, engineering, business, and complex project development; and a background in energy, clean-tech, fintech, and intensive agricultural productions systems, mostly in Australia, North America, and East Asia. He has been actively involved in these sectors for over a decade as an investor, investor, and business manager.
Stewart has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Leadership and Doing Business in China, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering, a Diploma as a Company Director, and a Bachelor of Engineering.
KEITH NIELSEN
BOARD DIRECTOR
Keith, Director of AgriUT Foundation, has 15+ years background in Investment Banking IT. He also delivers mission-critical global services to the highest level of expectations possible (Quantitative high-frequency trading, settlement and regulatory systems, client-facing ATM and public internet banking); and has extensive experience managing global teams of elite professionals to design, build, support, and optimise all aspects of service delivery.
Keith is also training in Trustee and Fiduciary services to facilitate comprehensive and secure life solutions for friends, family, and people he cares about. Keith has a qualification as a Computer Control Technologist in Electronics Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Vince, Advisor on the Funding and Allocation Committee for AgriUT Foundation, is an ICT and Media Executive with 30 years of versatile senior leadership experience spanning corporate development, operations and technology. He is always looking for ways to optimise processes, services and products.
His background includes recent success in strategy consulting as well as C-suite roles at multibillion-euro global corporation, Technicolor SA (formerly Thomson SA).
Vince has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Masters in Science, Telecommunications & Information Systems.
Masego Mbaakanyi
BOARD DIRECTOR
Masego joins the Advisory Board Member of AgriUT Foundation with extensive experience in sustainable industries, fintech and business leadership and is an outstanding advocate for entrepreneurs and organisations focused on uplifting the African people through new technology.
Her expertise includes crisis management and operations and she is the youngest Non-Executive Director to have served the Botswana Development Finance Parastatal as well as the youngest Executive Director of a food retail, petroleum, property development and investment business in Botswana. Masego has an MBA Distinction from the Saīd Business School, Oxford University, a Masters with Distinction in International Business from the Hult International Business School in Boston, USA and a BCom Economics and Finance from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and is a recipient of the Women in Fintech Powerlist 2021 awards by Innovate Finance UK.

Angela is a founder of Wallet Nation, a startup on a mission to de-risk crypto wallets and transactions so everyone can use digital assets safely.
Angela's career spans many industries, across media, financial services and fintech including; Managing Director of JCDecaux, CEO of Macquarie Radio Network, Founder & Editor of Streecorner, Director, Digital & Innovation for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Executive General Manager Small Business, Commonwealth Bank and CEO, Beem It.
